N. Jason Lankford, CSFS®

Jason is an accomplished Sales Executive that brings extensive insurance carrier, Medical Stop Loss insurance, and Third Party Administrator knowledge and expertise to the ACE Management Team. His background includes 10 years at Sun Life Financial, where he held numerous sales roles, most recently Senior Stop Loss Specialist. In this role Jason managed Stop Loss sales in the Northern California, Nevada and Arizona markets and was responsible for developing, building and establishing relationships with Insurance Brokers, Consultants and Third Party Administrators. During his career, Jason received many top production awards. He was in the top 5% of Sales Executives at Sun Life for 10 consecutive years and was responsible selling and managing accounts with some of the nation's most prominent employers. His time in the industry encompasses every operational aspect of the business. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California, and he is a Certified Self Funding Specialist (CSFS®).



Terry Madge

Terry brings over 20 years of employee benefits experience to ACE Benefit Partners. That experience spans the complexities of Medical Stop Loss and Ancillary benefit sales, underwriting, risk approval and administration. In his 17 years at Sun Life Financial, Terry was Senior Regional Group Manager for the Northern California, Northern Nevada, Southern California and Arizona Regions. In his role he was responsible for new business sales, retention and growth of the in force block of business as well as field customer service. Terry was one of four senior leaders to serve on Sun Life’s Senior Business Panel, spearheading and executing initiatives important to the Sun Life Employee Benefits business. During Terry’s tenure at Sun Life he, his Sales Representatives and Account Managers won multiple awards, including repeat performances of “Office of the Year,” “Sales Representative of the Year,” “Product Leader” and “Account Manager of the Year”. His dedication, integrity and commitment to the business and his colleagues twice earned him “Organization Manager of the Year,” an award which is voted on by the entire home office and rarely given to field employees. Terry’s depth of experience and industry knowledge has helped to create his passion for Insurance. Terry earned his degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.



Angela Maggi
Founder and Managing Partner   |   
Angela is an accomplished Sales Executive that brings over 15 years of Employee Benefits Group Insurance sales experience, ancillary product and contract expertise to the ACE Management Team. Angela began her career with MetLife where she was responsible for the Northern California and Reno territories. She also spent time in the Manhattan, NY sales territory with MetLife before returning to Northern California where she spent the next 10 years as an Employee Benefits Sales Representative with Sun Life Financial. Angela’s dedication to both her clients and Sun Life earned her many accolades, including "Life Insurance Sales Representative of the Year," two time "Long Term Disability Representative of the Year", two time "Short Term Disability Representative of the Year" and "Employee Benefits Sales Representative of the Year." Most recently, Angela was honored for being the first Sales Representative to sell over 50 million in Group Life and Disability Premium in the history of Sun Life Financial. Aside from her proven sales ability, Angela is known for building long-standing Industry relationships based on trust, integrity and market intelligence, which has been the foundation for her successful career. Angela attended Saint Mary’s College of California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.



Tamee Nelson
Director of Client Services   |   
Tamee brings over 15 years of customer care, sales support and operational expertise to ACE Benefit Partners. In January 2000 she began her career with Sun Life holding roles in sales support and customer care where she was recognized as a leader by her peers and colleagues. She received many accolades over her tenure including the Sun Award (first field employee recipient), multiple Star Awards and Account Manager of the Year, 2nd Place, in 2005. She was promoted to Sr. Sales Support Manager, West Region, where she spent her remaining 3 and ½ years successfully managing a remote team of 16 sales support and customer care staff members in 7 different field offices. She most recently held a Customer Service Manager position with Unum for a year and a half and was responsible for an accomplished team of 11 (Field Coordinators, Sales Coordinators and Marketing Consultants). Tamee holds herself and team to a high standard of performance with a focus and emphasis on the customer experience and operational efficiency.



Scott Jenkins
Vice President of Sales   |   
Scott brings over 18 years of experience in self-funding and administration, most recently as the Vice President of Sales for HealthSmart Benefit Solutions, a leading Third Party Administrator. In his role with HealthSmart, Scott successfully expanded their presence in the Western United States with key accounts in California and the Pacific Northwest. His experience includes public procurement, MEC Plans, non-profit, and employer groups of various sizes and industries. He brings an acumen of innovative cost control solutions, including Pharmacy Benefit Management, Dialysis Management, transplant programs, bundled discount surgery programs, and medical management programs. Scott’s career began with Great-West Healthcare and later CIGNA where he held various roles ranging from Customer Service, Business Analyst, and Client Service Representative. He was twice award Great-West’s President’s Award for outstanding customer service. He also worked at Benefit Commerce Group, a Scottsdale-based employee benefits brokerage.



Rauna Tuttle
Account Executive   |   
Rauna brings 23 years of valuable experience in employee benefits plan management and administration to the ACE team. Rauna serves as an Account Executive utilizing her expertise in the managing of health plans for medium to large employers, specifically in the self-funded arena. Rauna is responsible for working with our broker partners on new business implementation, renewals and ongoing service. Before joining Ace Benefit Partners, Rauna worked for Arthur J. Gallagher from 1997 to 2020 in the capacity of Account Manager and prior to that from 1993 to 1997 she was a part of the Johnson & Higgins team as a Benefits Analyst.



Elle Schramm
Senior Claims Analyst   |   
Elle brings 16 years of significant experience in employee benefits plan administration and underwriting to the ACE team. Elle serves as a Senior Claims Administrator, utilizing her expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate stop loss claims reimbursement. She is responsible for working closely with our Carrier partners to establish necessary reporting functionality and facilitate ongoing reconciliation. Before joining Ace Benefit Partners, Elle worked with Arthur J. Gallagher from 2017 to 2020 in the capacity of a Benefits Analyst and Account Manager. Previously, she worked with AmeriBen IEC Group and Blue Cross of Idaho in a plan administration capacity.



Trisha Barba
Account Manager    |   
Trisha brings over 9 years of substantial experience in employee benefit plan management and administration to the ACE team. Trisha serves as an Account Manager, where she works with the broker, clients, and TPA’s in the transition from implementation to claims administration. Trisha assists in the claims processing and reimbursement role and aiding with client needs. Before joining Ace Benefit Partners, Trisha worked with Arthur J. Gallagher from 2016 to 2022 in the capacity of an Account Manager. Prior to that, she worked for AmeriBen IEC Group in an account management role.
