Ace Benefit Partners manages the Implementation process for our mutual clients. We send out all application materials and submit sold case paperwork along with any additional information needed. Prior to final contract approval, ACE provides a thorough contract review to ensure all negotiated contract features are included and rates and rate guarantees are accurate. As a premium paying administrator, ACE provides our mutual clients payment set-up and servicing. ACE also manages Stop Loss claims submissions for our clients. We understand the claims process is unique to each carrier and facilitate to ensure your requirements are fulfilled.
